Once you enter the program, just let us know the dates you will be visiting the resort and we will work around them to find the optimum number of holiday rental clients.

We then take care of every aspect of holiday letting - finding clients, managing bookings online, registering clients, administering payments etc. We also provide a thorough ‘user manual’ tailored to each property that gives guests all the information they will need about your property and also the resort and wider area, to make their holiday in La Manga Club as rewarding as possible.

Prior to guests arriving, your property will be cleaned and prepared to the highest standards including beautifully prepared towel art in all bedrooms and complimentary branded toiletries in all bathrooms. Our housekeeping team take great pride in presenting your property at its very best.
